Submission Guidelines
The AJHE invites high-quality, original submissions from scholars, researchers, and professionals across a wide range of disciplines. We welcome contributions that are innovative, interdisciplinary, and aligned with the journal’s mission of advancing ethical, sustainable, and impactful research.
All manuscripts must be submitted in English and adhere to the formatting and ethical guidelines outlined below.
Types of Manuscripts Accepted
We accept the following categories of scholarly work:
● Original Research Articles
Detailed reports of original studies with clear methodology, analysis, and conclusions.
● Theoretical Reviews
Comprehensive reviews of existing literature and conceptual frameworks that offer new perspectives or synthesis.
● Case Studies
In-depth analyses of individual, organizational, or community-based cases with practical or theoretical implications.
● Peer-Reviewed Conference Papers
Refined and extended versions of papers presented at reputable academic conferences.
Manuscript Formatting Requirements
To maintain consistency and ensure a smooth peer review process, authors must adhere to the following formatting guidelines:

Required Paper Structure
Each manuscript must follow this standard structure:
- Title – Clear and concise (max. 12 words)
- Author(s) Information – Full name, academic title, institutional affiliation, and email address
- Abstract – Brief overview of the study's objectives, methods, and key results
- Keywords – 5–7 relevant terms
- Introduction – Context, background, and objectives
- Methodology – Research design, tools, and approach
- Results & Discussion – Findings supported by analysis, visuals, and interpretation
- Conclusion – Summary of contributions and future research directions
- References – Complete citations in APA 7th or IEEE format
- Figures & Tables – High-resolution visuals with proper captions
How to Submit
Authors can submit their manuscripts via our secure online portal or through email (in specified cases). All submissions are acknowledged within 3 working days.

Peer Review & Decision Timeline
● Review Process: Double-blind peer review (both author and reviewer identities are concealed)
● Initial Screening: Within 5–7 days
● Peer Review Duration: 2–4 weeks
● Final Decision & Feedback: 4–6 weeks from submission
Important Notes
● Manuscripts with similarity above 20% (plagiarism) will be rejected without review.
● Submissions must be unpublished and not under review elsewhere.
● Authors must disclose any conflicts of interest or funding sources.
● Articles should reflect ethical research practices, especially in studies involving human or animal subjects.
